The ideal candidate should possess strong technical selling and value-selling capabilities, with the ability to promote the reliability, quality, and premium positioning of our products.
This role requires a proactive leader who can manage sales teams and dealer networks, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships across Nepal.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve business goals and sales targets on monthly quarterly and annual basis.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Rolls Royce diesel generator sets periodically
- Identify, formulate and execute the strategies for the Market Coverage
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients.
- Conduct technical presentations and provide value-based selling solutions to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Travel extensively across Nepal for client meetings, and business development activities.
