Job Description

Times Business – Motors Division is seeking a dynamic, professional, and customer-focused Showroom Hostess to join our team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming customers, ensuring a premium showroom experience, and supporting daily showroom coordination and reporting activities.

Candidates with prior experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality, aviation, or showroom operations are encouraged to apply. Experience as an Air Hostess will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive showroom environment
  • Handle incoming phone calls and maintain proper phone etiquette
  • Coordinate customer inquiries and ensure smooth communication with relevant departments
  • Maintain customer records, visitor logs, and showroom documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support showroom operations and daily administrative activities
  • Assist the Business Head with periodic reports, reviews, and coordination tasks
  • Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the showroom reception area
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and customer follow-ups when required
Job Specification
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • Excellent personality with professional presentation and grooming
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of front desk handling and customer service practices
  • Good phone etiquette and communication handling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer operations
  • Prior experience in showroom operations or similar customer service roles is preferred
  • Experience as an Air Hostess or in hospitality/customer relations will be an added advantage
