Job Description
We are currently in an aggressive expansion phase and looking for result-driven professionals who can scale our sales through modern strategies including digital marketing, multimedia promotion, and strong B2B/B2C networks
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Expand B2B network (distributors, wholesalers, retailers)
- Drive B2C sales through online and offline channels
- Utilize multimedia platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to boost product sales
- Identify new market opportunities in Nepal and India
- Build and manage a strong sales and distribution team
- Coordinate with marketing/content team for campaigns and promotions
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Job Specification
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- MBA qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing & social media sales
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results
- Experience in FMCG, herbal, or consumer products is a plus
