Job Description

We are currently in an aggressive expansion phase and looking for result-driven professionals who can scale our sales through modern strategies including digital marketing, multimedia promotion, and strong B2B/B2C networks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Expand B2B network (distributors, wholesalers, retailers)
  • Drive B2C sales through online and offline channels
  • Utilize multimedia platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to boost product sales
  • Identify new market opportunities in Nepal and India
  • Build and manage a strong sales and distribution team
  • Coordinate with marketing/content team for campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Job Specification
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related field.
  • MBA qualification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing & social media sales
  • Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results
  • Experience in FMCG, herbal, or consumer products is a plus
