Key Responsibilities
HR & Administrative Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain software systems where staff records and documents are stored.
- Monitor staff documentation and follow up regarding expired or pending documents.
- Upload and update documents accurately in the software system.
- Report task progress and updates to the management team regularly.
- Coordinate with staff and management for smooth office operations.
- Post job vacancies in the software and assist in recruitment coordination when required.
- Maintain proper data management and confidential record keeping.
- Ensure punctuality, discipline, and responsibility in assigned duties.
Accounts & Operations Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports after analyzing financial and operational data.
- Support accounting-related tasks and maintain organized financial records.
- Communicate with clients regarding day-to-day business operations.
- Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Assist management in maintaining smooth workflow and office coordination.
