Job Description

NDH Masala is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Officer responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and increase product visibility.
  • Expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Sales & Product Promotion

  • Promote NDH Masala products to retailers, wholesalers, and other clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits effectively.
  • Implement sales and promotional strategies to increase market share.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.

Reporting & Market Analysis

  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
