Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and increase product visibility.
- Expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Sales & Product Promotion
- Promote NDH Masala products to retailers, wholesalers, and other clients.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits effectively.
- Implement sales and promotional strategies to increase market share.
Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Reporting & Market Analysis
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
