Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets for dairy products.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to improve productivity, engagement, and overall performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and strengthen the company’s presence within the dairy industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and product positioning strategies.
- Ensure effective distribution management and product availability across the assigned territory.
- Analyze sales data and market performance to optimize sales activities and improve regional profitability.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor market execution, distributor performance, and customer satisfaction.
