Key Responsibilities

  • Process and record expense invoices, sales invoices, and general ledger entries accurately in the accounting system.
  • Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all expenses and financial transactions.
  • Manage petty cash reporting, prepare payment drafts, and reconcile ledger accounts.
  • Prepare financial statements, post general ledger entries, and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Preparation of Quarter BAS reports and Yearly Income Tax Reports.
  • Calculate Divident report to be paid to Share holders.
  • Handle accounting for multiple company accounts and provide administrative and financial reports as required.
  • Liaise with banks and other relevant external parties when necessary.
  • Support the team by undertaking additional tasks as directed by senior management, especially during urgent situations or staff absences.

Requirements & Skills

  • 2-3 years of expereince in similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience in expense management and reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with Australian and Nepali taxation systems is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services is an advantage.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
