Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Odoo Developer and Consultant to join our team. The role involves developing, implementing, and customizing Odoo ERP systems based on client requirements, conducting system analysis, and providing end-to-end software implementation support. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, integrating third-party apps, and ensuring regular system updates and maintenance. The successful candidate will act as a consultant, providing training, documentation, and post-implementation support to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP Development, Python programming, and PostgreSQL database management.
- Experience in system customization, user access configuration, and Odoo module integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in debugging and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Knowledge of business functions like CRM, accounting, inventory, and HR, with experience in ERP consultancy.
- Familiarity with API integration, REST, and third-party software integration.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide client training and support.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory based on experience).

- Odoo certification or proven track record of completed Odoo projects is highly advantageous.
