Job Description
- Job Description:
- Monitor workshop outstanding payments and ageing reports.
- Follow up with customers, corporate clients, insurance companies, for pending payments.
- Coordinate with Accounts department regarding overdue invoices.
- Coordinate insurance claim processing for accidental vehicles.
- Liaise with insurance companies and surveyors.
- Follow up on insurance approvals and settlements.
- Coordinate repair estimate approvals with insurers.
- Maintain insurance claim records and pending reports.
- Escalate long-pending cases to management.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years experience in: Accounts receivable/debt collection & Insurance coordination
- Experience in Automobile workshop operation preferred
- Strong negotiation and follow-up ability
- Documentation and reporting skills
Location: Skoda Service Center, Sitapaila, Kathmandu
