Core Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution: Develop influencer marketing plans that align with brand goals and KPIs.
- Sourcing: Identify and engage influencers who resonate with our target audience.
- Coordination: Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners.
- Timeline Management: Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables.
- Quality Control: Review influencer content for brand identity and messaging alignment.
- Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure performance and generate insights.
- Team Support: Work with social media and paid marketing teams for campaign synergy.
- 1+ year of proven experience in influencer marketing and broader campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
- A creative, passionate mindset for brand innovation.
Must have a personal PC/Laptop (Intel i5 / 8GB RAM minimum) and a reliable 25 Mbps internet connection.
