Job Description
- Manage and update customer information, inquiries, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Receive, record, and track leads generated through walk-ins, phone calls, websites, social media, and other channels.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers to maximize lead conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations.
- Support the sales team by monitoring lead status and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution through coordination with relevant departments.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales activity reports.
- Support promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and EV product awareness programs to drive sales growth.
