Job Description
  • Manage and update customer information, inquiries, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Receive, record, and track leads generated through walk-ins, phone calls, websites, social media, and other channels.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers to maximize lead conversion opportunities.
  • Coordinate and schedule customer appointments, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations.
  • Support the sales team by monitoring lead status and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution through coordination with relevant departments.
  • Conduct post-sales follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales activity reports.
  • Support promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and EV product awareness programs to drive sales growth.
