Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Transformer Painting Supervisor. The Transformer Painting Supervisor will oversee and manage the entire process of painting transformers, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include inspecting surfaces, supervising paint application, ensuring proper insulation and coating practices, and monitoring quality control for final products. The supervisor will also manage the painting team, oversee timelines, maintain safety standards, and report on project progress.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience leading a team in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Expertise in Paint application processes and knowledge of various types of industrial paints
Familiarity with Insulation techniques and their application in transformer manufacturing
Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
Understanding of Coatings and finishes that align with industry specifications
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
Previous experience in electrical equipment manufacturing is an advantage
