This is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Marketing Officer. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research to identify new opportunities, designing and implementing marketing campaigns, and maintaining the college’s social media presence. The role includes liaising with internal teams to promote services, creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to enhance student engagement and enrollment. The Marketing Officer will actively participate in event planning and promotion to amplify LBEF’s visibility and reputation.
- Strong skills in Market Research and Marketing to analyze trends and develop effective strategies
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Communication to promote campaigns and engage with target audiences
- Experience in Sales to foster relationships and achieve enrollment targets
- Strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required
- Previous experience in the education or training sector is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
