We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing brand presence, driving engagement and supporting business goals through strategic social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, captions, hashtags)
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance
- Monitor analytics, insights, and KPIs to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for integrated campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform changes
- Maintain brand voice, consistency, and visual identity across all channels
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
- Creative mindset with analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently
- Experience running paid ads is a strong advantage
