Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticketing Officer based in Bāgmatī, Nepal. The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for managing travel bookings, issuing tickets, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring error-free documentation. Additional tasks include resolving travel-related issues, coordinating with airlines, and staying up-to-date on ticketing policies and procedures to provide accurate assistance.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in ticketing tools and software, GDS (Global Distribution System) knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle bookings, changes, and cancellations.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills to handle queries and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • Attention to detail for reviewing travel documentation and ensuring accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is an added benefit.
