Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Guest Relations Specialist based in Ilam, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Guest Relations Specialist will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. They will also manage customer experiences throughout their stay, handle guest feedback, and support sales efforts by building lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure high-quality experiences for clients.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency in managing Customer Experience and handling feedback to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Sales skills to identify opportunities and contribute to revenue generation.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in hospitality or a similar customer-centric role is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
