About The Role

We seek a passionate and reliable Photographer to join our creative studio. This position suits individuals who excel at capturing authentic moments, work well in dynamic event settings, and balance creativity with professionalism.

Our studio covers a range of events, including weddings, corporate functions, brand launches, concerts, private celebrations, lifestyle shoots, and commercial productions. As a team member, you will help create visual stories that clients value and remember.

Key Responsibilities

Event Photography Coverage

• Capture high-quality photographs during events, studio sessions, and on-location shoots

• Document candid moments, portraits, stage activities, décor, guest interactions, and brand elements

• Adapt quickly to changing lighting conditions, crowded venues, and live-event dynamics

• Ensure consistent image quality and storytelling throughout assignments

Pre-Production & Planning

• Participate in creative briefings and project discussions

• Understand client expectations, event flow, and shot requirements before assignments

• Conduct venue visits when required to assess lighting, positioning, and logistics

• Coordinate with videographers, editors, and project coordinators for smooth execution

Post-Production Support

• Sort, select, and organize image files after shoots

• Perform professional photo editing and color correction using industry-standard software

• Maintain proper file management, backup systems, and delivery timelines

• Support album selection and client revision processes where needed

Equipment & Studio Management

• Maintain photography gear and studio equipment responsibly

• Prepare cameras, lenses, lighting, batteries, and accessories before assignments

• Report technical issues or equipment maintenance needs proactively

• Help maintain studio standards and workflow organization

Creative Contribution

• Contribute fresh visual ideas, shooting concepts, and storytelling approaches

• Stay updated on photography trends, editing styles, and creative technologies

• Support internal studio shoots, social media content creation, and portfolio development

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in event photography, wedding photography, commercial shoots, or related work

• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling

• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar editing software

• Ability to work confidently in fast-paced live-event environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and teams

• Reliable time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working alongside videography teams in event productions

• Knowledge of basic videography or hybrid shooting workflows

• Experience using professional lighting setups and off-camera flash

• Drone photography certification or experience

• Portfolio demonstrating event coverage and editing capabilities

• Experience with social media content creation or short-form visual storytelling
