Senior DesignerBrand Identity + Digital & Social MediaMarco Nepal is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working across F&B, hospitality, retail, finance, and lifestyle — in Nepal and abroad.. We are hiring a Senior Designer who can operate across two distinct but connected disciplines: crafting enduring brand identities for clients, and producing high-performing digital content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
This is a creative leadership role. You will shape how clients look and communicate - and you'll mentor the junior team to meet the same standard.
Responsibilities
Brand identity
- Lead brand strategy sessions and translate client vision into cohesive visual identities
- Design logos, color systems, typography, and brand guidelines from scratch
- Produce brand books and visual identity documentation for client handover
- Art-direct brand photoshoots and campaign visuals
- Develop stationery, signage, packaging, and environmental branding where required
- Ensure brand consistency across every client touchpoint
Digital & social media
- Lead visual output for paid Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display campaigns
- Design static posts, carousels, Reel covers, story formats, and motion-ready assets
- Build campaign visual systems with cohesion across formats and placements
- Develop client-facing pitch decks and proposals
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and ad creative best practices
- Collaborate with strategy and copy teams on creative-messaging alignment
Team & process
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers — review work, give clear feedback, raise the bar
- Establish and enforce internal quality standards across all creative output
- Manage workload across multiple concurrent client accounts without compromising timelines
- Contribute original ideas at the concept stage in briefs and brainstorms
What we're looking for
Must have
- 4+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 in an agency or brand-focused role
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects) and Figma
- Strong portfolio covering both brand identity work and social media campaigns
- Deep command of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Understanding of how creative performs on paid platforms — safe zones, text limits, CTA placement
- Ability to deliver quality work fast, under real deadlines, across multiple clients
Good to have
- Motion design or short-form video editing capability
- Experience with the Nepali market — local aesthetics, cultural nuance, language
- Brand work for F&B, hospitality, Finance or lifestyle verticals
- Familiarity with diaspora and abroad audiences (Australia, USA, Gulf markets)
- Photography or art direction for commercial shoots
- Understanding of ad performance metrics and how creative affects CPM, CTR, and CPL
