Location: Kupandol, Lalitpur

About e-works UK

E-works UK is a well-established company with international business operations, built on a reputation for delivering high-impact digital solutions across borders. With a team that spans multiple markets, we are passionate about growth, performance, and working with people who genuinely love what they do.

We are now looking for a talented and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team based in Nepal. This is a fantastic opportunity to take real ownership of campaigns, work across exciting education-sector projects, and grow alongside a team that values results and fresh thinking.

What This Role Is About

At the heart of this role is one clear goal: generating high-quality leads, primarily for Educational Institution projects. You will plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, and make sure everything is tracked, measured, and continually improving.

Beyond paid media, if you have experience with SEO or feel comfortable working alongside an SEO team that would be a real bonus. We are looking for someone who can eventually bridge both worlds and help drive organic as well as paid performance.

What You Will Be Doing

Managing all paid media campaigns end-to-end, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Generating qualified leads for Educational Institution clients through well-structured, targeted campaigns

Setting up and maintaining conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4 to make sure every click and lead is properly captured

Integrating campaign data with CRM tools to support lead management and attribution reporting

Monitoring campaign performance daily, spotting opportunities, and acting on them quickly

Preparing clear, honest performance reports for internal stakeholders with actionable takeaways

Managing ad budgets carefully to get the best possible return on every pound spent

Running A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to keep improving results

Collaborating with the SEO team where needed, and potentially taking on oversight of SEO activities over time

Keeping up with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends so our campaigns stay ahead

What We Are Looking For

·   At least 3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads

·   Solid understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing

·   Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM)

·   Good working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including events, conversions, and reporting

·    Experience with CRM platforms for managing leads and tracking attribution (We have a custom CRM)

·    Strong analytical skills with the ability to read data, find patterns, and translate them into clear actions

·   A self-starter who can work independently but also collaborate well within a team

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Bonus Points If You Have...

LinkedIn Ads experience, particularly Sponsored Content and Lead Gen Forms

A background in or exposure to SEO, whether technical, on-page, or content-focused

Experience managing campaigns targeting national and international audiences

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification

Worked with education sector clients or lead generation funnels before

What We Offer

A competitive salary package for the right person

The chance to work with an internationally operating business and a team that genuinely cares about quality

Real ownership of your work, not just task execution

Room to grow into a broader role that covers both paid and organic performance

A collaborative and supportive environment where good ideas are always welcome
