Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced Customer Support Engineers / Service Technicians for Different Locations - Itahari, Pokhara & Kathmandu. Interested candidates with good hands on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of excavators, are requested to share their resume to [email protected]
Responsibilities:
-Attend customer complaints, perform PMs and troubleshooting jobs.
-Constantly maintain a healthy relationship with customers, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
-Keep track of all assigned equipment, including their service history, operating location and conditions, and upcoming maintenance schedules.
-Generate business leads form existing / potential new customers.
-Generate revenue from assigned customers to meet the assigned quarterly targets.
Qualifications:
-Diploma / Pre-Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
-Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in troubleshooting and repair jobs on Excavators.
-Should be able to perform PMs, troubleshoot problems, and perform repair jobs on Excavators.
-Should have excellent knowledge of Diesel Engines, Hydraulic and Electrical Systems.
-Excellent Verbal and written communication skills required.
-Good skills in Customer Handling & Negotiation
-Digital literacy- Should be able to use MS Office and other -Computer/ web based applications, and smartphone apps with decent fluency
