Role Description
- Conduct financial planning and analysis to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and review financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage day-to-day finance operations and monitor financial activities across the business.
- Generate financial reports, MIS reports, and analytical insights for management review.
- Support internal audit activities by reviewing processes, controls, and financial records.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal control procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting.
- 8 to 10 years of experience as a financial Analyst.
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Financial Statements.
- Proficiency in Finance management.
- Ability to identify financial trends and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant.
- Ready to Relocate to Nawalparasi.
