[Job Vacancy] Sales Marketing Coordinator – Achieve Treks and Expedition
Achieve Treks and Expedition, a Nepal-based company specializing in Himalayan trekking, expeditions, and customized travel experiences, is looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to support both B2B and B2C business development as well as general day-to-day business assistance.
We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with partners and customers, assist with sales-related tasks, and provide practical support for the company’s daily work.
Position
Sales & Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
• Support B2B and B2C sales activities, including responding to inquiries, following up with potential clients, and assisting with business development
• Help manage communication with travel agency partners, corporate clients, and individual customers
• Assist with preparing travel proposals, quotations, itineraries, and product information
• Provide support for customer service and sales coordination before and after booking
• Assist with general office work and day-to-day business support as needed
Requirements
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work carefully and efficiently
• Friendly and professional communication skills with clients and partners
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide practical support across sales and daily operations
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, Excel and Word
Preferred
• Experience in tourism, travel, trekking, or hospitality-related work
• Understanding of the Nepal tourism industry
• Experience in sales, customer communication, or business support
• Ability to ride a motorcycle or drive a vehicle
Working Conditions
• Location: Kathmandu office near Boudha Stupa, with field support in Nepal when required
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable
