Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Service Assistant, based in Kathmandu. The Travel Service Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, organizing travel arrangements, and managing bookings. Additional responsibilities include assisting with itinerary planning, coordinating business travel, and addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
- Proficiency in organizing and coordinating Business Travel
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, especially trekking experiences
- Proficiency in using booking systems and other relevant software
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
