Role Description

This is a contract role for a Luxury Watch Sales Staff position. The individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining in-depth knowledge about luxury watches, and assisting customers in selecting high-end products that meet their preferences. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers in-person and virtually, managing product displays, ensuring stock levels, and fostering strong customer relationships. This is a hybrid role based in Kathmandu, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of luxury watches, fashion trends, and premium products
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of inventory and sales
  • Time management and multitasking proficiency
  • Professional demeanor with excellent presentation skills
  • Previous experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
