Role Overview:

Midas Health Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior DevOps Developer with strong expertise in system and network administration. This is a senior-level position, and only candidates with relevant hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

The role is responsible for combining DevOps practices with system and network administration responsibilities to ensure the seamless operation, security, and scalability of software systems. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in DevOps methodologies, infrastructure management, and network systems, with the ability to optimize development and deployment processes while maintaining high system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Develop scripts and tools for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency and system efficiency.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions for system performance and reliability.
• Ensure security best practices across development and deployment pipelines.
• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including provisioning and patching.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Configure and manage virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Maintain user access control and security compliance.
• Design and manage network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs).
• Monitor and optimize network performance and security.
• Configure network services such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on security policies and enforcement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and document systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in DevOps, system administration, and network administration.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience Requirement:

• Senior-Level Position (Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience required).
