Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, social media messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate and transfer inquiries to concerned departments in a timely manner.
- Assist clients with basic shipment, logistics, and service-related information.
- Open, maintain, and follow up on job files while coordinating with departments for documentation and record management.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, documentation, and maintaining office files.
- Manage front desk operations, office supplies, and daily office coordination activities.
- Support attendance, leave records, and basic HR and administrative tasks when required.
- Assist in organizing office meetings, programs, events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with different departments to maintain effective communication and workflow.
- Proactively support administrative operations with day-to-day coordination tasks.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
