Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Advertising Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships while ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. The role involves acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, driving campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and develop effective advertising strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and reports
- Address client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of advertising, media planning, and campaign execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
- Prior experience in the advertising or media industry is highly preferred
