Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing brand strategies that align with client objectives and business goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and client management to build impactful and consistent brand identities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective brand strategies aligned with client and business objectives
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity development across multiple platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to guide strategy
  • Work with creative, media, and account teams to execute integrated campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly
  • Manage ongoing brand development initiatives to enhance brand value and equity
  • Present strategic ideas, reports, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (master’s preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, branding, or advertising roles
  • Prior experience in media or advertising agencies will be an added advantage

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in brand strategy, brand development, and brand management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities
  • Ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior insights
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
