Job Description

Job Summary

The Accounts Officer will manage daily financial transactions, revenue tracking, vendor payments, operational accounting, and financial documentation related to amusement park operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily sales and revenue records
Handle cash reconciliation and transaction verification
Monitor ticketing revenue and payment collections
Process vendor payments and operational expenses
Prepare financial reports, vouchers, and ledgers
Coordinate tax, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation
Support payroll processing and employee financial records
Maintain inventory and expense tracking related to operations

Job Specification

Requirements

Salary — Negotiable
Academic Qualification — Bachelor’s Degree (Preferrable in Accounting, Finance, or related field)
Experience — Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience

Skills Required

Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
Strong numerical and reporting skills
Understanding of taxation and financial compliance
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

Nice to Have

Prior experience working in an amusement park or hospitality operations environment where daily revenue tracking and operational expenses documentation are common.
Exposure to statutory compliance documentation for TDS, tax returns, and audit support.
