We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, negotiating, and onboarding courier, cargo, freight forwarding, and logistics service providers onto the Hyre platform. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive strategic partnerships that contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and approach potential courier, cargo, freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics service providers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective partners.
- Manage the complete vendor onboarding process, including documentation, agreements, pricing discussions, and account setup.
- Build and maintain a strong network of logistics partners across Nepal and international markets.
- Business Development
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Hyre's vendor network.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Establish long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Relationship Management- Act as the primary point of contact for partner vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor integration and operations.
- Resolve vendor concerns and support continuous engagement.
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Sales & Reporting- Achieve monthly and quarterly vendor acquisition targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, negotiations, contracts, and vendor activities.
- Provide market intelligence and recommendations to management.
