Job Description

GC International is a reputed manpower recruitment agency committed to providing professional and ethical overseas employment services. Our goal is to ensure a transparent and efficient recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

We are currently seeking an experienced Documentation Officer to manage and oversee the documentation and processing work related to foreign employment.

Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Processing

  • Prepare, check, and organize all documents required for overseas recruitment, such as Demand Letters, Power of Attorney, Employment Contracts, and Guarantee Letters.
  • Handle and maintain all candidate-related documents including passport copies, photographs, medical reports, and experience certificates.
  • Coordinate with the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) for pre-approval, final approval, and other official procedures.
  • Prepare and verify documents for Embassy attestation, labor approvals, and related legal requirements.
  • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company and government standards.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy record tracking and retrieval.

Coordination & Communication

  • Communicate with clients, candidates, and government officials regarding document requirements and updates.
  • Coordinate with foreign principals and recruitment agencies for document verification and clarification.
  • Provide regular updates to management on document status and process timelines.
  • Assist in scheduling medical, orientation, and deployment activities by coordinating with concerned departments.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and official letters related to documentation and recruitment activities.
  • Support the team in visa processing and ticketing arrangements when necessary.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all sensitive documents and information.
Job Specification
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation, processing, or related roles within the manpower recruitment field.
  • Sound understanding of foreign employment laws, DoFE documentation process, and embassy procedures.
  • Familiarity with visa, ticketing, and deployment documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Nepali).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Professional, honest, and detail-oriented.
  • Responsible and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Team player with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.
  • Strong sense of accountability and work discipline.
