Job Description

We are hiring a Female HR Manager for GC International Group Pvt. Ltd., a manpower and recruitment agency in Nepal. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations and lead a high-performing team to support end-to-end recruitment, employee administration, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate documentation tracking.
  • Supervise daily HR operations such as employee records, joining/formalities, attendance support coordination, and HR document maintenance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational needs and applicable Nepal labor practices.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction planning to ensure new hires become productive quickly and understand compliance expectations.
  • Support performance management activities, including goal tracking, feedback coordination, and documentation for review cycles.
  • Coordinate with departmental heads on staffing requirements, workforce planning, and role-based manpower forecasts.
  • Lead employee relations support by handling HR queries, resolving routine conflicts, and escalating cases to management when needed.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with responsibility for recruitment coordination and daily HR operations.
  • Team Management — lead and supervise HR and recruitment workflow, manage schedules, and ensure task ownership across the team.
  • Leadership — guide HR operations through coaching, setting clear priorities, and driving consistent execution of HR processes.
  • Decision-making — evaluate recruitment and HR cases, assess risks, and take timely actions to keep operations on track.
  • Daily Operations — manage HR administrative processes, employee records, recruitment documentation, and compliance-ready file maintenance.
  • Strategic Planning — plan staffing needs, recruitment timelines, and HR initiatives to support business growth.
  • Working knowledge of Nepal labor and HR documentation practices, including contract/appointment documentation and employee recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency with HR tools and reporting (e.g., MS Excel/HR trackers) for dashboards, recruitment status tracking, and HR reporting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in manpower and overseas recruitment workflows, including coordination of candidate documentation.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance practices and audit-readiness for employment-related documents.
  • Strong background in recruitment operations, KPIs, and cycle-time improvement.
