Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead B2B sales growth for internet, connectivity, and enterprise solutions. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, and expanding the company’s presence in the enterprise market.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate sales, negotiation, lead generation, and account management within ISP, telecom, or technology industries.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new corporate and enterprise clients.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Promote internet leased lines, enterprise broadband, VPN, networking, cloud, and related services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts and service upgrades.
  • Coordinate with technical/support teams for smooth client onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and retention.

Target & Performance Management

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM updates.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing team for B2B campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Support junior sales executives when required.
  • Participate in sales strategy planning and execution.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales.
  • Experience in ISP, telecom, IT, or technology industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of enterprise internet and networking solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
