Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full-cycle hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management
Design and oversee performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting goals and providing feedback.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
Promote career development and succession planning.
Compliance & Policy
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures.
Benchmark salaries and recommend adjustments to remain competitive.
HR Strategy
Align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
Provide insights and reports to senior management on workforce trends.

Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
