Audley Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to strengthen customer communication, expand market reach, generate new business opportunities, and support promotional activities for TERAWOOD PVC/WPC/NFC boards, Forex Sheet and doors. The selected candidate will be responsible for regular communication with existing customers, identifying new potential customers, following up on leads, planning market visits, supporting social media-based marketing, and building strong relationships with dealers, architects, engineers, carpenters, contractors, and project owners across Nepal.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication & Follow-up
The primary responsibility will be to communicate with existing customers on a daily basis through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels from the corporate office.
The candidate must regularly follow up with customers regarding product requirements, pending inquiries, quotations, orders, payments, feedback, and future business possibilities.
2. New Customer Exploration
Identify and approach new potential customers through online research, social media platforms, business directories, construction-related pages, Google search, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, and other digital sources.
Prepare and maintain a proper database of potential dealers, architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors, carpenters, furniture makers, institutions, and project owners.
3. Monthly Area Visit Planning
Prepare a monthly field visit plan for the designated market area.
The candidate will be required to travel for approximately one week every month to visit existing customers, new prospects, dealers, project sites, architects, engineers, carpenters, and other business-related contacts.
The main objective of the visit will be to build relationships, understand market demand, collect feedback, generate orders, and expand the company’s market presence.
4. Project-Based Business Development
Explore ongoing and upcoming projects such as hotels, hospitals, schools, colleges, apartments, commercial buildings, showrooms, interiors, farm structures, and institutional projects.
Approach project owners, contractors, architects, engineers, and decision-makers to introduce TERAWOOD products and generate business opportunities.
5. Social Media Lead Management
Assist the company in social media advertisement activities by coordinating with the marketing/design team.
Prepare a proper database of leads generated from paid advertisements, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and other digital campaigns.
Regularly follow up with such leads and convert them into active customers or business opportunities.
6. Business Meet & Relationship Development
Develop, plan, and execute business meetings with architects, engineers, carpenters, dealers, contractors, interior designers, furniture makers, and construction professionals across Nepal.
Coordinate small group meetings, product presentations, dealer meetings, architect meets, carpenter meets, and promotional programs as required by the company.
7. Exhibition & Event Handling
Lead and coordinate company participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, expos, dealer meets, and promotional events.
Responsibilities include planning, customer interaction, product explanation, lead collection, follow-up, and post-event reporting.
8. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily records of customer calls, WhatsApp communication, inquiries, follow-ups, field visits, leads, quotations, orders, and feedback.
Submit regular reports to management regarding daily activities, potential customers, market response, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
