Position: Trainee Assistant -Customer Experience (CX)
Location: Bigmart Head Office, Baluwatar, Kathmandu

You Will:

Manage customer interactions across social media platforms and phone channels
Handle both inbound class efficiently
Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
Document customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for effective resolution

Job Specification:

Education & Qualifications:

Minimum +2 completed; Bachelor’ s running preferred

Experience:

Prior experience in call centers, call handling, or customer service roles will be added advantage

Skills & Competencies:

Effective communication skills
Strong problem -solving ability
Polite and professional attitude
Self-motivated and proactive approach
Basic Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially) Excel)
Familiarity with social media messaging tools (eg. Meta, Linkedin)
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
Working Hours: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
