Junior Accountant

Acuvant Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare and post journal entries in accounting systems.
• Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial and accounting matters.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree completed in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Sound knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience in preparing and managing journal entries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of accounting software and computerized accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirement

• Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
