We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, communicate effectively with clients, manage documentation, and assist in banking and bidding-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, record-keeping, and document management.
- Communicate professionally with business clients and internal teams.
- Efficiently use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Assist in banking-related tasks including LC (Letter of Credit), TT (Telegraphic Transfer), and other financial processes.
- Prepare documents for various bidding processes (guidance will be provided).
- Maintain organized office systems and ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Responsible, organized, and able to handle confidential documents.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about banking processes and documentation.
- Candidates with their own two-wheeler are preferred.
Other Information:
- Fuel reimbursement will be provided for travel using personal two-wheeler.
