Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven digital marketing officer who can manage online marketing activities, create engaging content, and support brand growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across social media platforms and other online channels.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and digital campaigns.
  • Design marketing graphics, promotional materials, and social media creatives using design tools.
  • Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips for online marketing campaigns.
  • Update and maintain website content through WordPress.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising tools.
  • Support search engine optimisation (SEO) initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Conduct market research to analyse competitors, industry trends, and audience behaviour.
  • Ensure all digital communications maintain consistent branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation and business growth objectives.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, mass communication, or a related field.
  • Certification in digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, or social media marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Proven experience in running digital advertising campaigns and managing online communities.
  • Portfolio of social media work, designs, videos, or marketing campaigns is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media management.
  • Proficiency in content creation and copywriting.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress website management.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and on-page optimisation.
  • Knowledge of online advertising and campaign management.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and performance data.
