We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online and offline marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, manage in-house events, education fairs, seminars, student information sessions and content marketing, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
- Create engaging digital content including posts, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
- Generate leads and increase conversion rates through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales, admissions, and design teams to ensure effective brand communication.
- Ability to create and edit promotional videos independently for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage in-house events, education fairs, seminars, and student information sessions.
- Support event promotion through digital marketing strategies and social media engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns.
- Develop creative content and marketing materials for both online and offline promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and marketing insights for management.
