Success Education Consultancy seeks a Receptionist cum Social Media Content Creator to manage front-desk operations while supporting the creation and posting of engaging education-focused content. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience who can keep service smooth and online presence consistent. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome students and visitors, manage inquiries, and coordinate next steps for counseling/consultation.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp/Facebook messages, and basic query responses using approved information.
- Maintain receptionist records such as appointment/logbook entries and follow-up status updates.
- Create and post social media content (e.g., short reels, posts, stories) for education services and success stories.
- Draft captions, scripts, and content calendars aligned with admissions, courses, and student support themes.
- Collect and organize photos/videos from events or client interactions while ensuring consent and basic brand guidelines.
- Assist with basic content scheduling, performance review, and content improvement based on engagement.
