Job Description

Success Education Consultancy seeks a Receptionist cum Social Media Content Creator to manage front-desk operations while supporting the creation and posting of engaging education-focused content. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience who can keep service smooth and online presence consistent. Your work will improve visitor experience and strengthen brand visibility through practical content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome students and visitors, manage inquiries, and coordinate next steps for counseling/consultation.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp/Facebook messages, and basic query responses using approved information.
  • Maintain receptionist records such as appointment/logbook entries and follow-up status updates.
  • Create and post social media content (e.g., short reels, posts, stories) for education services and success stories.
  • Draft captions, scripts, and content calendars aligned with admissions, courses, and student support themes.
  • Collect and organize photos/videos from events or client interactions while ensuring consent and basic brand guidelines.
  • Assist with basic content scheduling, performance review, and content improvement based on engagement.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline; fresh graduates with strong content samples may be considered if the 6-month experience requirement is met.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in reception/front desk, customer support, or office administration.
  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience creating social media posts or reels for a brand/page.
  • Proficiency in Canva for designing social media creatives and basic templates.
  • Working knowledge of Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) for content publishing and basic engagement monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs/Sheets/Drive) for maintaining records and content assets.
  • Basic proficiency in video editing using mobile apps (e.g., CapCut) or similar tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience promoting education services, training programs, or student admissions content.
  • Ability to write clear captions and simple scripts in English and/or Nepali.
  • Prior exposure to scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) and simple reporting.
