Job Description

Shasheela Motors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Team member to support sales activities in our electric mobility business. This role is best for freshers who want hands-on experience with customer interactions, lead follow-up, and meeting sales targets through effective product guidance across Van, Bus, Trucks & Pickups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements, usage, and budget during showroom or inquiry visits
  • Follow up on leads (calls, messages, and walk-ins) and maintain an accurate inquiry log in the assigned format
  • Present vehicle features, variants, financing options, and available offers clearly to customers
  • Coordinate with the sales team for test drives, documentation support, and next-step confirmations
  • Assist in preparing sales documentation checklists and ensure customers receive required information on time
  • Support showroom readiness by helping with basic merchandising, brochure availability, and customer flow management
  • Report daily/weekly activity updates to the sales supervisor, including conversion status and common customer queries
Job Specification
  • Sales and Marketing — basic understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and applying simple strategies to move customers from inquiry to purchase
  • Customer Handling — experience (including internships/college projects) dealing with customer questions, objections, and service expectations in person and on calls
  • Communication and interpersonal skills — clear verbal communication for explaining vehicle options, offers, and next steps to customers
  • Dealing with customer — ability to manage respectful interactions, handle sensitive questions, and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Minimum qualification: +2 / SEE completed
  • Fresher with strong willingness to learn dealership processes, customer follow-up routines, and sales reporting
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license with a personal vehicle
  • Basic proficiency in mobile applications and spreadsheets for tracking leads and daily updates

Nice to Have

  • Interested in automobile sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle features and common customer decision factors (price, fuel efficiency, warranty, service)
  • Interest in learning financing/insurance basics used during vehicle purchase discussions
