The specialist will engage with customers in-store, understand their needs, demonstrate products, and guide them toward suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing sales activities, following up on leads, maintaining customer records, and supporting promotional campaigns. The role involves coordinating with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives, collecting customer feedback, and helping improve service standards. The specialist will also provide product training and support to team members as needed, ensuring consistent and effective sales practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead follow-up, closing techniques, and basic reporting on sales performance.
- Experience in Training team members or supporting knowledge-sharing to improve sales and service quality.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, especially in retail or telecommunications, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Biratnagar, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using computers or point-of-sale systems; familiarity with mobile devices and telecom products is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred; formal education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
