Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) media, laboratory consumables, and disposable products to fertility clinics, IVF centers, hospitals, and laboratories. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, providing product support, and identifying new business opportunities within the assisted reproductive technology (ART) market.

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell IVF media, culture media, laboratory disposables, and related consumables.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new customers, including IVF clinics, fertility centers, hospitals, and laboratories.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.

Customer Support

  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and technical guidance to customers.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding product orders, deliveries, and inventory requirements.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and educational programs for healthcare professionals.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate market intelligence to management.
  • Identify opportunities for introducing new products and expanding market share.

Sales Administration

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Follow company policies and regulatory requirements related to medical products.

Accounts & Collection Management

  • Follow up with customers for timely payment collection against outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain records of customer receivables and aging reports.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department regarding customer payments and account reconciliation.
  • Deposit cheques and other payments into designated company bank accounts as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment of all collections.
  • Assist in resolving payment disputes and outstanding account issues.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and inform management of overdue accounts.

Banking & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Visit banks for cheque deposits, payment verification, and other banking-related activities as assigned.
  • Maintain proper records of bank deposit slips, payment receipts, and collection reports.
  • Support management with sales documentation, customer records, and financial paperwork.
  • Prepare periodic sales, collection, and outstanding payment reports.
