Job Description

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and detail-oriented Business Development Associate who can professionally communicate with US-based recruiters, vendors, and technical hiring teams while supporting the company’s staff augmentation and business development operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential vendor partners and staffing clients in the US market
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with recruiters, account managers, and staffing vendors
  • Support staff augmentation and business development activities
  • Coordinate with internal recruiting teams to match candidates with client requirements
  • Communicate professionally through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and virtual meetings
  • Understand technical job requirements and discuss them confidently with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Maintain organized records of outreach, follow-ups, and vendor communications
  • Assist in expanding the company’s vendor and client network
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain professional communication standards
Job Specification

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Clear and professional communication with neutral or American-accent-style fluency preferred
  • Confident, outspoken, and comfortable speaking with US-based professionals
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Professional email writing and communication etiquette
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during night shifts
  • Previous experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, customer service, or business development is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in US IT staffing or recruitment
  • Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM tools, or email outreach platforms
  • Familiarity with technical roles such as Java Developer, QA Tester, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Full Stack Developer, etc.
