Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential vendor partners and staffing clients in the US market
- Build and maintain professional relationships with recruiters, account managers, and staffing vendors
- Support staff augmentation and business development activities
- Coordinate with internal recruiting teams to match candidates with client requirements
- Communicate professionally through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and virtual meetings
- Understand technical job requirements and discuss them confidently with recruiters and hiring managers
- Maintain organized records of outreach, follow-ups, and vendor communications
- Assist in expanding the company’s vendor and client network
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain professional communication standards
