Rastriya Khadhya Bank limited is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Business Manager to lead and strengthen the company’s business operations, expansion, and development activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in strategic planning, market growth, import-export management, and agricultural business projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement strategic business plans for company growth and expansion.
  • Manage and supervise daily business operations effectively.
  • Conduct purchase, sales, and market analysis of food items and other goods.
  • Handle import and export processes and business coordination.
  • Lead and manage agricultural projects and farm-related operations.
  • Ensure business activities comply with laws, taxation, revenue, and operational regulations.
  • Utilize information technology systems to improve business processes and efficiency.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Agriculture, Commerce, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business management and business development.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Business operations and management
    • Revenue and taxation systems
    • Legal and regulatory compliance
    • Import and export procedures
    • Information technology in business operations
  • Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
