The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of beauty products including hair care, skincare, and makeup, along with the ability to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote cosmetic products
• Manage and oversee branding, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
• Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to boost product visibility and sales
• Handle social media marketing and influencer collaborations
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the cosmetics/beauty industry
• Strong knowledge of hair care, skincare, makeup, and beauty trends
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
