Job Description

NEPA Works Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business operations, process optimization, and strategic decision-making across Program, Supply, and Operations functions. The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, identifying operational improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient execution of business processes.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple tasks, analyzing data effectively, and working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while contributing to process improvement and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements
  • Coordinate with Program, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
  • Monitor workflows, project progress, and operational efficiency
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights for management
  • Support strategic planning and operational decision-making
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
  • Conduct meetings, stakeholder discussions, and requirement analysis
  • Assist in resource planning and workload management
  • Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and business initiatives
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Candidates from KU, TU, or equivalent universities are encouraged to apply

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Project Coordination, or similar roles
