The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by promoting tour packages, travel services, and customized travel solutions. The role involves handling client inquiries, converting leads into bookings, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to tours, travel packages, air tickets, visas, and hotel bookings.
• Promote and sell international tour packages.
• Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client requirements.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for smooth booking execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions.
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
• Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and post-travel follow-ups professionally.
