Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Writer and Marketing Staff, based in Kathmandu, with partial flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include creating engaging web content, developing and implementing content strategies, conducting research on relevant topics, proofreading and refining content, and assisting with promotional and marketing campaigns. The role demands collaboration with team members to brainstorm ideas and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Web Content Writing, Writing, and Proofreading
Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategies
Proficient in conducting in-depth Research to inform content creation
Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with digital content and online marketing strategies
Self-motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively or independently in a hybrid work environment
Prior experience in media, communications, or creative roles is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field is preferred
